No ranking, rating or revenue guarantee
Search rankings, map visibility, advertising performance, review publication, ratings, leads and sales depend on factors outside our control. No fixed position, five-star rating, number of reviews, revenue level or return on advertising spend is guaranteed.

Genuine feedback and acceptable use
- Feedback requests may be sent only to genuine customers
- Customers must remain free to leave any honest rating or no rating
- Fake, purchased, fabricated, scripted or impersonated reviews are prohibited
- Positive-review incentives and rating pressure are prohibited
- Client-provided contact lists must be lawful and authorized for use
- Platform and local legal requirements must be followed
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate business information, authorized account access, lawful content and timely approvals. The client remains responsible for claims, prices, addresses, service areas, licences, customer data and other information it asks to publish or use.
The client should review all campaign material and account changes before approval. Work may be paused or refused if requested activity appears deceptive, unlawful, unsafe or contrary to platform rules.
Payments, third-party platforms and changes
Fees, taxes, refunds, advertising spend and payment schedules are determined by the applicable proposal or invoice. Advertising budgets and third-party platform charges are separate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Google, Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment services and other third parties control their own products, policies, approvals, suspensions and availability. Review Growth Pro is not responsible for changes or decisions made by those platforms.
